'Dazzle has a good heal' isn't a good enough argument to say that Urn is unnecessary. Also, Urn only costs 25 gold more than a Bracer/Sage's mask and takes up just one inventory slot. Bracer gives more stats overall, but Urn gives the same strength, which is the most important stat. Agility, for example, is virtually useless on Dazzle. You're right in saying it is not always necessary when supporting/babysitting a carry, but it is a VERY good item for any ganker, including Dazzle, yet it isn't in your build for that either.

Problem with urn is that it relies on you being near kills and gives the same amount of strength as a bracer and the same amount of mana regen as a sages mask but is more expensive then both of them combined. Not only that but you also get more stats with a bracer. i agree that urn can be a very good item on Dazzle and is well worth getting if the game is going well but i think the gold is better spent on a bracer and sage as Dazzle already has a built in heal with a very shirt cool down.

Urn is necessarry IMO when i dazzle. The str plus mana regen is just what is needed, and i almost always get one. think about putting it up higher prioirty
