I can't seem to find it, game description says it has it but cannot find

just about managed to reach segment 5 1CC, having a lot of fun! but im wondering a few things how exactly does the shrine of farewell work? i can tell its a boss rush round of sorts where you cant die and you get some extra lives at the end for your trouble (probably less the the more you die), but i also noticed the panels at the start and it looks like a selection of sorts... Is there any place with story discussion of the game? it can be old, but after the intermission between segment 4, the shrine, a...

I personally found Fossil Maiden more enjoyable to start out with than Minogame, so that's what I'm using. She feels more familiar to me (and just more fun in general), having played Touhou 11: SA's Marisa where she has similar abilities to change the direction of her shots. Plus it just feels easier on the head for me to have autofire on your basic shot (which doesn't decrease luna either) and not have sol bar levels, just "you have it" or "you don't". first stage and boss was fine, second stage too, but...

... simply cannot understand how to play it? This has been one of the most unpleasant game experiences I have had in a long time. I appreciate some of you understand and enjoy this game and I salute you. The tutorial made no sense, the menus only add to the confusion and it comes across like a hot, indecipherable mess. I have about 40 or so schmups in my collection Raiden, Mushihimesama, Batsugun, Reflex, Sky Force Reloadedetc, Hellfire, Eschatos, Trizeal etc but none of them upset me like this game. F...

I'm trying to play this game but the UI is unreadable. Is there any way to change it to something better?
