Late to the party to play this game, but I'm so glad I did. It was such a beautiful experience. And since no one I know has played the game and I've see very few online talk about it, I want to just ramble about my take on the ending. It seems fairly open ended, which I love, but I also think there is a strong amount of evidence that points towards one theory in particular. And that is that the girl is an orphaned burn victim. She is clinging to the past and has some major mental health battles going on...

After entering the circle, I found that there were some folded papers that I hadn't collected. I couldn't go back and the mouse didn't show up on the interface after pressing Escape, so I couldn't select the exit to leave normally.
