i played the demo and it worked just fine, but now I got the game and it plays just a black screen when I get the Lyre and open the game. I have seen treads about Win 7, but how do I fix it on Windows 10?

It appears that the playing of cutscenes on Windows 7 causes issues leading to the game crashing or locking. We are sorry for the inconvience and even if the game is not advertised as "supported on Window 7", we are trying to find a solution.

I've tried to get through this game twice now, and each time I think I'm losing? But I can't tell if I'm losing or if this is how the game is meant to be played...
