Is the Specialist Achievement bugged? Unclear as to the mini game its referring to but I did not achieve it during regular game play and I've played all the mini games since and finished in the alloted time but I can't get this achievement to complete

The game starts in small window and then I click on Full screen it disapears. I can see it is running but it is not showing on screen When I try to restart it will crash on start and I can not even change it back to window mode. Any ideas how to play this?...
