Lorelei doesn't stop singing, can't finish game

So I finished everything else, but I can't get into Lorelei's Shores to give her stew because she doesn't stop singing even at night. So I can't finish the game. Is it bugged or am I missing something?

I just need a help, and it's bug?

It seems like I got a "keel" but nothing happened in the quest http://prntscr.com/tk3ttj http://prntscr.com/tk3ub5 and where can I find Lorelei http://prntscr.com/tk3utd in the same i need advice for a achievement "Mortal Immortal", just want to get 100% achievements. I will be grateful for any advices/tips and help
