we need Survive In china

I opened the game, everything seemed fine. I went to the settings page and now the entire game is heavily pixalated, and impossible to play. I didn't change any of the default settings. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling twice. Same problem. I can't even see the settings screen to try and adjust the resolution. This is crap. Fix it or give me a refund....
