Playing on PS5 but I took out the perps, found the manager and found the locked toilet door. But he never mentioned having a key and the door never opened. How do I rescue the girl?

So l have completed the game and l only have the last 3 achivement to spend points on perks. Problem is l don't get any xp point at all. tried new game and hard difficulty but no xp up aside from it kept all my previous skill from last game even it said ''all progress will be lost''. Anyone that got ''shoot/sneak/negotiate like a champ'' tell me what to do? Edit. Solved it, start a new game but skip the level tutorial when it ask....
