I really like music from this game

I've rarely stumbled upon something so intentionally weird and enigmatic as this game. why was this "game" created? was it just artistic expression? what is the goal of this "game"? and is there something I'm missing? you are told on the steam page that you are a face salesman but what kind of message lies beneath that? I've played through the game a handful of times so I'm unsure if my interactions change the game in any way. All of this being said, I mean no ill will in anything I'm saying, I loved this...

When I get to the residential street scene, the view is so distorted and the convergence so F..ed up that I have to take off my hmd (tried both on Index and Vive pro). Is it the purpose of this demo to make you sick, much like something back in the dk1 days?...
