I really, really like this game.

Act 1: "Tank go front, Archer go back"
Act 2: "Gotta make sure my guys are skilled up, but at least I can start using non-trad builds"
Act 3: "Dang, I am losing a lot! One more try..."
Act 4: Sitting in the shower theory-crafting how on earth to beat even the minor bosses
Act 5: Dunno. Just got here. Super excited to find out!

Downsides:
- UI is a bit awkward to get used to
- Status Screens UI is really awkward to get used to
- Relic UI is really, really awkward to get used to.
- Claire is always there
- You're not here for the story, its pretty whatever
- Not a lot of info online, you are mostly on your own.

The intrinsic value in this game feels great. Yesterday's crap bag becomes your today's ride or die (Love you Clown). Mentally working through the harder fights is super rewarding. Your golden ticket team against one boss can be hard countered by the next trash mob and vice versa. Grinding level is minimal and it's layered in dopamine character unlocks as you learn the ropes of the new land/bosses. Completing quests for unlocks is what achievements should be like. (I normally feel nothing for achievements). 100 characters that all feel and play different, without much dialogue. Lots of enemy variety. Equipment that can drastically change how those characters play.

It's a game I find myself exiting out of after a failure, staring at my laptop, and then opening it right back up. Really enjoying it.
