The game was fun at the beginning. You have to solve the Sudoku puzzle as fast as you can and each correct number is a strike to the monster. As the level progresses, you begin to hate this game because the monsters are harder to defeat and the worst thing is there are more blanks on the Sudoku puzzle. Then, like a horse being beaten to speed up the pace, most of the levels required the player to get a certain number of combos to clear the level.

Thanks to the generosity of the developer, you can buy the scrolls to reveal one, two or three numbers. That sounds great or too good to be true? Well played by the developer. The more numbers revealed in the puzzle, you are on risk of failing to reach the combo target.

Overall, the game was not a bad one but I felt some levels are too harsh to the players especially the last few levels. Also, if you face a monster with the ability to run away, he can just suddenly vanish if he is in a bad state and you are too slow to solve the puzzle. Of course, the major concern is the Sudoku puzzle is random generated. So, besides of the whirring speed of the cogs of your brain, it also depends on luck.

I also don't recommend playing this game on a console. The combination of bigger screen and the speed to enter the number via the keyboard is better choice than the alternative option, which is, choosing the number from the right screen.
