Error on the page or it won't let me buy it.

Hello. I want to buy the game but I don't see any option to buy it on the store page. Is it a store error or is the sale prohibited for some countries? I have bought many games, on steam, and never had this problem. If someone can tell me how to buy it I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance...
