Implemented screen setting option in the "Options" menu during the game.
This allows you to switch screen size and switch between "window mode" and "full screen" mode during play.

In this patch, the Achievements bug, as well as the bug that caused enemies to spawn when changing areas (thus making it impossible to progress), have been fixed.

-Bug that caused the game to spawn enemies when changing areas fixed. Areas where enemies will NOT spawn have been added in places where bug was occurring previously.
-Bug preventing certain Achievements from being unlocked fixed. Some Achievements that failed to unlock in the past will now unlock at the 4th floor entrance; however, if the following Achievements were completed prior to the Ver. 1.0.1 patch update, they will need to be repeated: Ruins, Laboratory Archives
-Bug where it became impossible to progress once health reached 0 in certain areas fixed.
