I'm running this game on a new gaming laptop. When I run the game, I get a tag saying the game is running but nothing else happens. No other windows to open to play it.

Moved from Windows to a new Mac Air M3. Got Parallels which gives you a full Windows 11 desktop. Ran Steam in that desktop and Steam sees it as Windows (which it basically is.) Silent Hunter 3 runs great as do other games that don't run on the Mac. But when I try to run Silent Hunter Wolves I hit play, Steam says it's running, but nothing comes up. Any ideas? Thanks....

I am able to launch the game, see the opening splash, and select submarine school. It launches into the mission. Once it starts, I am able to see the bottom row buttons, and can click each. I see the dials for navigation, and I have sound. However, the main image of the boat in the middle is black. I have tried the compatibility fixes without success. any other advice?...

This is what worked for me. I got Silent Hunter 4 to work in Windows 10. [01] - Purchase, download and install SH4 just as any other Steam-game. [02] - Run Steam. Go to LIBRARY. Select SH4. [03] - Open settings on the right. Open game-folder, it looks like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Wolves of the Pacific [04] - In there, find the file SH4.EXE. [05] - Make a right-click on it and click PROPERTIES [06] - You see a COMPATIBILITY dropdown ...

When i press start or click on the icon of it it just wont do anything, does anyone have the same problem or knows how to fix it? (i am on windows 11)
