Is it because the game is in a unplayable state? i.e. doesn't launch/unstable. Is there a softlock spot?

I'm just getting started and discovered that some of the quests are timed, and will fail if not completed quickly enough. Not a huge fan of mechanics like this, but I give it points for realism, and I think it's alright so long as the dialogue or quest log informs the player with some hint that it's urgent. (Which it doesn't with the early Scarf Scavenge quest, unfortunately.) So my question is, if I happen upon an NPC who's offering a timed quest, am I safe to decline the quest for the moment and come b...

When fighting wolves something i noticed almost immediately is when you block attacks ENTIRELY there is still a chance of them inflicting bleed on you which is franky absurd when the attack was entirely mitigated. honestly this applys to most on hit effects which is kinda absurd as well. might as well not even be blocking if ALMOST everything is just going to ignore it...

How do I currently play it? Are we going to fix connection errors in the multiplayer? I'm thinking about buying

or is the developement and support for the game finished?
