the game say 18+ pack not installed how do i install it?

All I want to do is see some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wolf girl boobs but something isn't working. Steam says I have downloaded the dlc but when I play the game it just skips over the scenes as if I haven't. Is there a toggle I missed? a setting?
