I reinstalled that game after about a year of not playing and now none of the scnenarios will save.

After the splash screen, and even the intro cinematic running fine, I just see a black screen and the game cursor. Same issue with base game. I Googled and found no solution (Vista compatibility and others). Someone knows if there is a fix? I know the game is old but has a very interesting economic system (pre-currency) that I had not seen in any other city builder....

This one is a real challenge. I've not figured it out yet. Waves of raiders and vagrants descend upon you and there cannot be enough security forces to handle them all. They kill your Pharoah and the game is over. If you survive, it crashes for some reason. Any help?...

I loved this game as a kid and was able to play it as recently as Summer 2023. I know I had to do some tweaks to get it running then, but I now can't remember/figure out what they were I built a new PC this year and am operating on Windows 11. I just tried launching the game and it will not open, so I can't even pretend to mess around with its display/resolution on the in-game menu.
