Wild Indigo Ranch is an interesting idea that is executed very poorly. It feels shallow and barely half finished.

The player is suppose to be rebuilding their ranch as well as the neighboring areas; these are limited towns and a few properties around the map. The NPCs have certain expectations about what they consider as 'rebuilt'. This is fine but, sometimes they don't always tell you all the requirements.

The game is also very glitchy. It is not uncommon to see NPCs fall through the floor or towns people simply cease to exist. Game breaking bugs are quiet frequent.

Aside from that the game isn't deep at all. none of the systems are terribly complex. Barely anything you build has any real function; most of it is only for aesthetics. Catching is raising animals feels janky. You're able to use a lasso to drag them over to your ranch and can put them in a "barn" but, they are prone to simply popping or respawning in random areas (outside of buildings or fences).

Broken geometry allows players to fall through multiple regions. Difficulty spikes suddenly in various areas with mob durability and DPS. Quest chains require refined materials (copper bar) for early reconstruction without clarity on securing those refined materials. This is not a 1.0 release version despite the publisher claim.
