A scan-line filter option would be perfect for this game

I picked it up on a sale and used Nintendo points to make it cost less than $1. ($0.56). It seems harder than the Steam version, maybe the smaller screen? Obviously I'm happy to have it. But I was curious how others who have the game on both PC and Switch feel about the game....

I'm getting "Missing Executable" errors when trying to boot both the game and the config tool. It looks like only the GAME.DAT file is in the directory now and both executables are missing. Even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't re-introduce them.

I play this for PC and there seems to be no option for full screen. Not sure if this is possible for this title, but a full screen (appropriate aspect ratio, not stretched) would be great, thank you.
