Just wondering if it's worth pushing past the problems I've encountered. Is there at least a full game here to complete?

Got stuck playing this game. Leaved the sewers, got to second part of game. Visit information point, got a clue to a "second" entrance in a villa, opened the door via code in the crypt, defeated 2 houses with the eyes on the wall. but can´t find the villa. I am sure i had a save state which was called villa on the hill, but dunno if this villa was meant or not. Got to a "villa" with a pool infront, many door covered with bow like stuff, waited till night but can´t do anything here or to the doors. After ...

For me nowadays it's unplayable , fps drops all the time making the experience horrible By the way i think the game is good, and has very cool enemies and locations
