As everyone who's played knows, this game is based on Space Battleship Yamato/Star Blazers. Anyone know who currently owns the rights to that IP? I'm thinking a licensing deal could result in the appropriate cash inflow.

I bought the game in August literally because I wanted to support LoG in the development of this game. The expectation was that they would finish it eventually. Since they have abandoned it and they admit the game is unfinished (with no intention of finishing it) how do I get a refund?...
