The codes do anything. I open console type the code word but nothing happens. anyone get these to work?

After a huge 5 mn of playing, still in the tutorial, the tactical menu shows up, teaching the player how to use it. The problem is there is no possibility of leaving this menu, whatever which key you press on your keyboard. In the command menu, nothing about the tactical menu. I remember that on the Xbox you had to press Select to quit the menu, but because it's not controller compatible, it seems that is impossible. Help? Thanks in advance!...
