when i start the game it works fine it starts up ok but when i try to go in freemode or campaign it says 'the D3D device has a non zero reference count meaning some objects were not relesed can somemone tell me how to fix it!

This game is actually pretty good. Just want to play some other people's stuff.

I'm not sure why, but when I load this game, it makes my keyboard unresponsive. I also noticed that in the game it is showing Xbox buttons for my controls.. but I have no controller or similar hooked into my PC. Not really sure how to fix this, I didn't see it as an option, and I am not seeing a config file. Any help?...
