I got the game after doing the normal re-watching of Seth's video like 5 times.
I am addicted and love some aspects of the game, while loathing others. Early on, like the first 10 cycles, you can get away with pretty much any build and going to sleep. Later cycles actually require you to click and move instead of holding down a single key to make any build work.
The path of dust is a terrifying challenge that I have not beaten yet.
Pretty much every build which does not scale geometrically or exponentially won't work on higher cycles due to how the cycles buff the enemies. Basically any build which does not stack health and damage won't make it far, due to how high of a hit chance enemies have; this defeats your dodge builds or your armor builds. For example, a basic enemy in the first few areas in the mid 20 cycles has a hit of like 20000, and your dodge is only like 5000. Dodge rolls have to beat the hit roll, and the odds of that when they attack in a horde with range is low.
Outside of that, really good game. You have to beat a cycle with a class to unlock the lore on it, or beat the game with certain skills. Easiest way to do this is doing it on the first cycle, but that is boring.

Dopamine game for boomers. 10/10 will walk the path again.
