Full of early 2000's charm. The little pieces of information you learn about Yuka's background from each route keep you engaged to keep playing until you reach the true ending. I don't know how you could ever play this un-patched and still get a good overview of the whole story so don't bother unless you're going to install the patch. Himeko's route was easily the best and most compelling out of all of the main heroines, I actually preferred her ending over the true ending. It's also nice that our protagonist has his own thoughts and opinions, he isn't a bland self insert and is extremely headstrong. Some new VN players or tourists might find certain themes in the content offputting, and some of the art is quite dated by today's standards which can make the guro easier to read through if you are sensitive, but I still wouldn't say it's particularly scary. I still would never recommend this as your first visual novel. If you're already interested in dark or edgy VN's, this is a relatively chill and enjoyable read- nowhere near as shocking as SaDistic BlooD by the same developers. With a guide, you can easily read through all endings and complete the CG gallery in about 25-30 hours.

was not expecting to feel so involved with these characters. this vn does a great job with its slice of life elements while also being overall very disturbing and disgusting. very cool and fun 2000s ero guro. outdated in a tasteful way. going onto the third route of the five rn and i still feel like i haven't had enough of it. the actual game is pretty much unplayable without the 18+ patch you can get online, but it's free so it's nbd. also the h-scenes are long as ♥♥♥♥, which can be grueling if you're trying to 100% the game with all CGs; but it sorta makes it feel all the more forbidden and obscene which is lowk what i signed up for. highly explicit h/gore scenes and definitely not for the faint of heart. the writing and horror aspect is where this game really shines though, and i'm excited to see how the rest of the story unfolds.
