Cannot "Connect"

Appear only in pc version (Both Original Client and Steam) after "touch to play" theres only blank loading here. cant even seems "connected". even if i turn off internet connection it doesnt show disonnect / internet fail to connect, just blank screen.

different jobs,

I was under the impression I'd have to level the other classes(jobs) up individually, but when I did the quest to unlock one it's instantly at level 50? Confused I am, in game tutorial text says one thing and the game does the complete opposite?

Alchemia Support Controller?

Hey guys, can I play using a controller? I've tried it before and there are some parts that don't work like entering the character menu but I can't control anything in the menu anymore, how do I fix it? then is it safe to use a controller considering this game doesn't provide that feature and I use steam to play it, is it safe from being banned? I'm waiting for your answer :)...

Frequent disconnections

Does anybody else have a problem with constant disconnections? Sometimes I can play for a few minutes inbetween, sometimes I can't even move the character and it boots me to the title screen. I have this issue since May, and I contacted support 2 times, but they just told me to set the graphics to low, check my internet and wait it out. I also tried to play on mobile, emulator, PC launcher and Steam, same thing each time. I want to know if anyone else experiences this or is it just me? I play on global ...
