Gal Civ 3 or Gal Civ 4? I own both but I wanna know what people think about each game. This game seems to still have a higher number of active players then Gal Civ 4.

How to actually get Nebulae Abundant?

Set the game settings for Nebulae *abundant* but keep starting new maps and not getting any Nebulae except pathetically small patches. How do you actually get the game to make Large amounts of Nebulae since obviously the game is totally disregarding the settings?...
