So, I have an old Logitech Wingman joystick. Picked up a USB converter to get the thing connected to a Win10 PC, absolutely no response from it. Any ideas on how I can go about doing much of anything with this?

Descent II has a bouncing problem that makes the game unplayable and Descent 3 locks up Windows 10! Is this fixable?

This is funky in some places because D2 menus can be navigated by pressing the key of the first letter of the word, the workaround I am using is making the up/down arrow keys turboed so they can be held to get through menus that give trouble. Pretty much what the title says. Yes, $10 is not a lot of money, but I could buy a newly developed game with fresh ideas and developers who are actually seeing that money for $10. I'm completely sick of these retro cash grabs on the part of whatever companies own these licenses nowadays. Descent 2 in this day and age is a $5 game. I know there have been a dozen threads like this, but that right there says that the game is priced too highly....
