> Select English (which will be in English), or whatever language you want assuming you can read this.

With that out of the way...

The game has immense potential:

+ Parry mechanic appears to be solid
+ Many skills to check out (in the future)
+ Semi-non-linear pathing, but mostly for extras (so far)
+ Very satisfying flipping when you jump around
+ You'll get your ass beat by white pelicans right at the start of the game. Enjoy
+ The execution animations are lovely (so far)

- Voice acting itself isn't great. If you don't speak Chinese, then it won't bother you. The English voice acting is not great either.
- Character feels very floaty.
- Game starts in Chinese at the time of this review.
- Mismatched dialogue to subtitles.
- Crashing issues (already crashed twice in 30 minutes).

I'll wait until it gets some patches. If you're a Sekiro fan, this is surely to scratch that itch for you. It just needs a bit of cleanup. I think a couple more weeks in the kitchen would've helped.

I like the game, no crashes on my end.
will play more and will probably update the review when I beat it

Started off in English on my end, game feels like sekiro and it's exactly what I expect from a team of 8 people
Simple and straight forward
Not bad:)

Update: Alright so I beat the game

The combat against bosses is about rhythm
since there's no English Dub, it's pretty hard to understand what's the story about, sometimes during fights the bosses speak and I can't really read the subtitles (maybe it's on me but hey gameplay fun)

Sometimes when defeating a boss, the subtitles don't disappear, they just stay which is unpleasant but telepoting to the statue removes it, so it's no biggie
Sometimes when I teleport to a statue or just start the game, it's like the game didn't render anything so it drops to 4fps to load the area and everything. Like I get spawned but there's no color, as if it's pre rendered. takes a minute but then everything gets back to normal. Crashed once while doing that. BUT THE GAME ISN'T OVER YET, apparently it's only part 1 so I am excited to what else they can improve and bring.

Still enjoyable, 7/10 :)

This game deserves recommendation but not right now due to some points but If you have money to spend, then go ahead.

There are lots of scope for improvement.
1. No Voice actor - Understandable as it is a small team and low budget
2. Character hair and costumes seems a bit pixelated due to low graphics even on Ultra settings.
3. NPC AI needs a lot of improvement as they cannot catch the sound of running near them.
4. Music and sound effects are lacking - Again understandable due to small team
5. UI and HUD's is a bit old dated and needs modern catchy look.
6. Combat feels smooth like Sekiro but slow paced than Sekiro
7. Boss fight is pretty good but combos are easily readable and predictable.
8. There are no face expressions in cut-scenes and feels chopy

Overall In my opinion game needs a rework on core parts like story telling, facial expressions and world design. NPC AI and graphical improvement would make game stand out.
