for some reason when i ask for a hint, they point to a spot below the map, so i'm pretty stuck. turning the game on and off again didn't help :(

when ending chapter 7 and selecting "next Chapter", I'm leaving the shield room, but I can't go through the open door. It's like running into an invisible wall, I can see through it, but my character won't go through the door. Is there a way to fix it, or shall I just start chapter 8 from the main menu (I don't know what puzzles I miss by doing so)?...

I picked up the pulley, but I cannot figure out how to rotate it so it fits in the possible slot

Does anyone know the requirement for the achievement? I have finished the game on a 2nd profile without clicking on the hint button. However, had to reload save file some times and restart game due to bugs. I used the hint button on a previous run on my first profile but I think that shouldn't matter for a different profile....
