Achievements bug (?)

Don't know if it's a bug or intended, but achievement "Learn the Truth" cannot be unlocked on unpatched game (yes, I accidentally completed it wondering when it all will finally begin) because there is simply no scene ever happens and thus, I suppose, no trigger happens as well. And achievement "Happy End?" can only be unlocked on unpatched game, for whatever reasons, I suppose exactly because there is no scene either.
