no launch

just thought i would try this and game refuses to launch stuck on screen with little bus in bottom right corner and that is it running ,win 10 AMD Ryzen 9 9950x, MAG X870E Tomahawk Motherboard 32gb ddr5 RTX 4060ti 16GB....
