You've just bought your first Pub. First steps are to clean it, stock it, set your markup and let in the Patrons. Keep the drinks flowing and try not to shortchange anyone! If you keep it going long enough you might just earn enough to spruce up the place, hire staff and expand the premises.

Welcome to version 1.0 Patch 4

Bugs Fixed

Barkeeper will no longer turn away a customer if they're waiting on a bottle being used by another staff member
Liquor drinkers will ALWAYS pay their tab before leaving, no matter the reason
Changing your keybind deleted the entire keybind option, this is now fixed
A player loaded 200 songs onto the Jukebox and nuked their game, we found the cause and it's now sorted, enjoy your unlimited playlist
Bottles are now properly refreshed after returning to an old bar
Fixed an issue where if you're turning the bottle and exit pouring mode at the same time it kept spinning
Cash register will calculate your change properly if you close and reopen it
Fixed an issue where if you placed a fridge against the bell in the 2nd bar it would delete the bell

News: The state of play

So I've got some bad news folks but I felt it was important to keep everyone aware of what's going on, our long-time investors have finally pulled funding. The full structure is Steam takes an initial 40%, from what we're left with our investors then continue to take 50% until the investment is repaid, leaving a 25%/25% split between myself and Valentin, which equates to not very much and definitely not enough to survive on unless the game happened to blow up overnight.
To make matters worse, the prospect of employment within the games industry has never been worse, fortunately Valentin is brilliant so he's received an offer but I digress! My main point is that the roadmap will be affected, but to what extent is hard to say right now. Both myself and Valentin really want to continue to make this game better and I don't want anyone thinking we'll abandon it, we 100% believe there's something special here.

So to everyone here, keep suggesting new and cool things, keep bug reporting and keep the drinks flowing, this isn't the end even if it's not quite the future we were all hoping for.

Bugs Fixed

Posh bar no longer makes cards and money glitch inside it
Back button now works on the furniture app inside the tablet
Keybinds 'reset to default' functions properly
Bottles not being able to be taken in and out the fridge should now be fixed
Barkeepers will no longer pull a sickie and will show up to work now every day
Bar level 50 will now give the achievement
Liquor bottles will stop getting stuck to employees (Thankyou to Rusty Champaign, turns out we only fixed half the problem and he located the exact cause)

Hi everyone, so we've had the best of both extremes since launch which can be wonderful yet daunting. It's just so wonderful to have this level of support with people praising the game and making their own suggestions to how it could be even better!
Yet on the other end we see harsh criticism, the kind that makes you wince as you read/watch on. However I strongly believe that both are coming from a place of passion, therefore ignoring the 'haters' only serves to harm a game's development and purely listening to the supporters only gives half the story.
So to all the people who have spoke loudly on the positives and also to those who have shone a light on the negatives, I am very grateful to you both.

Anyway, here's the patch:

Bugs

Bottles will no longer get stuck to employees hands and get stored in wrong places
Pictures displayed wrong tooltips
Removed softlock for using the cash register
Made the fridge lights 1/4th as bright as before
Fixed misaligned walls in bar 2 (2 walls will require repainting if you've painted them already, sorry)
Pub names didn't get saved between patches but now it will
Liquor specialist was locked behind level 21, this wasn't the intention and the requirement is lowered
Liquor pouring had incorrect tooltips
Some AI liked to do a cheeky T-pose when waiting for change, new laws have made this illegal

Balancing

We've changed the prices on all licenses, making the earlier packages cheaper but the later ones more expensive

We've added a new 'info' app on the in-game PC. Should you ever be confused about how the game works, information can be found there

Wierd pathing issues and employees/customers getting stuck

A few things I have noticed: Customers get stuck on the sign right outside the front door. Eventually they do slingshot in to the register. Customers walk behind and through the bar to get where they are going. Employees occasionally get stuck on the car between their spawn point and the pub entrance. Usually happens when first hiring a new employee. Liquor Specialists get stuck on something (still haven't figured out what) I had 8 customers sitting at the bar trying to order shots and both of the Liquo...
