The game (which I have played before on another device with no issues) won't run, or even start at all. It says the DSVCR120.dll cannot be found, which I've addressed and included in the proper location (both versions 64 and 32, just in case), I have also reinstalled C++ (again, both versions, just in case) and still the game won't start and says that the DSVCR120.dll cannot be found, even though it is definitely there. Theres no indication how to do that, what if my tank gets blown up? How do I then make another tank to use?

I know there are MODs, or other ways, to setup a solo multiplayer match against computer opponents. How do I do that? I've asked in the past and was directed to a steam page with countless MODs that was hard to sift through. What's the top MOD to do just this? I don't want any new weapons, skins, or units. I just want to skirmish against the computer on the packaged multiplayer maps. Thanks...
