It says the image dont exist when i view Jousting Waifu in my inv

Is this something you have to do in 1 run (which is ridiculous if it is)? Or is it accumulated? If it's accumulated, it should've dropped for me..... Is this working or a broken achievement?

After going over 1B or so the numbers go negative and you're stuck on the first level with only 1st level characters. Considering reaching this point only takes less than a day it's unclear how nobody reported this issue.
