Is there any way to refill meds during the day? I ran out of one pretty early in the day and someone came in that needs it.

Do No Harm is Papers Please except you are a doctor trying to figure out the right medicine to give a patient using your instruction manual. I'll break down why I chose to not recommend this game by comparing why Papers Please works but Do No Harm does not:

Papers Please is tedious and stressful, but it works well because it's immersive. You feel a sense of responsibility to perform your role well and your success determines how well your family gets to live. I did not feel immersed in Do No Harm. You purposefully moved to a small island because the pay was high yet when you're there you have to work dawn to dusk processing patients as fast as possible for some reason. You have no attachment to the island you just moved to, and the money you make just goes to replenish your medicine stocks so that's not very rewarding. When spooky stuff keeps happening on the island, I just kept wondering why I don't just leave. Therefore, without the immersion, the game is just tedious and stressful.
The rules of Papers Please change slightly every single in-game day which helps to abate the tedium. In Do No Harm it feels like it takes an eternity for new mechanics to be introduced. Then, it will teach you a new mechanic only for it to barely ever be relevant. E.g. early on it introduces physical symptoms like lumps and bumps which give you a clue about the dosage of medicine a person requires. But then patients almost never come in with physical symptoms. Even 20 days into the game I was still treating 75%+ of my patients the same way I was on day 1.
Do No Harm requires far too much guessing. It's pretty easy to figure out which type of medicine a patient needs but you then need to guess whether they need a dosage of 1 to 9. A few mechanics are introduced that help give you clues but they only ever give you a range of possible numbers - you always have to guess. No matter how quickly and smartly you decode the patients symptoms, you will constantly waste time and resources from bad guesses. It's unsatisfying.
Papers Please had a strong narrative despite being delivered to you subtly via some newspaper clippings or a few lines of dialogue from someone passing by. Do No Harm seems like it also has a strong narrative, but it delivers it in such a vague, mysterious way that I was never really sure what was going on. Characters will speak in riddles and then expect me to make important decisions that I didn't at all understand. I really wanted to push through to the end of the game to see if anything was explained properly at the end, but I just couldn't make it due to all the aforementioned issues.

How to get more laudanum?

Is there even a way to get more mid game? At day 3 i already run out of it half way point trough the day and game is telling me to drink it while i dont have any more. I tried to replay game and drink it every few anomales and i get the same effect? How to i even go around it? No matter what i do i run out of sanity around day 6 and lose the game...

Dont know how to avoid sanity lowering till fail

I keep missing the anomaly near the window, i dont even know whether its showing i just keep missing it! I keep failing around day 9 because sanity lowers to nil. Please help me figure out how to keep sanity lowering. I tried drinking the laudum drink but sometimes the indicators make me use two laudums in a row because sometimes the indicators don't change? What am i doing wrong? The main ones i miss are the windows anomaly and the totem warning (i think i take it as soon as the red eyes but i think t...

Added Achievements!!!

We finally managed to add achievements in, and we fixed some of the biggest gamebreaking bugs that were there.

Thanks to our fans we also fixed localization of Portuguese.

Achievements not unlocking!

I'm over 10hrs into the game now and have just realised I haven't gotten a single achievement, yet I have definitely "done" several of them. Playing in classic mode. Any solution for this? Thanks!

i killed the cannibal but librarian died anyway.

Can u save the librarian? My gameplay was somehow bugged? I discovered the cannibal late, so i went back and killed him before he killed the librarian, few days later, she was dead again, eaten... dunno what happened.
