+ while the coop mission are usually a simple "Defend/attack this position", they are well crafted
+ the battlefronts are historically accurate: If you play on an Africa map, you only get Brits and Afrika Korps with equipment from that time, if you play Scheldt as Americans, you only get parartroopers
+ new system for weapon upgrades: You need to reasearch them in your HQ and units can only get new weapons when in HQ range OR you build a transport that is able to drop new weapons anywhere on the map

- battlefront-system is pretty strict, there is no way not to play Brits vs. Afrika Korps on Africa maps
- battlefronts alter what you can produce in forward-HQs
- the "new US campaign" consists mostly of re-skined maps from the normal campaign
- Afrika Korps feels somehwat overpowered because they start to spam aircraft attacks that are nearly impossible to shoot down
- the AI sucks. Easy and Normal do nothing, Hard is a little worse than vanilla Normal and Expert is a coinflip: Either they play like Hard or they steamroll you in the first 5 minutes
- not all game modes are available on all maps
- entrenched infantry is incredible strong. A heavy MG and some AT weapons in an emplacement can quickly turn into an impenetrable fortress unless the enemy brings incendiary bombs or flamethrowers
