I changed the startup command to -fullscreen and it doesn't work. Any ideas?

I have tried several different computers with different configurations, and different wifi, but all I get is a black screen with music. I have tried disabling anti-virus as well. I have launched this game in normal steam, big picture, and VR.

just played today out of curiosity and upon finishing day 1 no achievement dropped this may be a new issue as i never encountered the black screen issue detailed in other posts

What i think is the problem is that it's missing some .dat files when it downloads. The version you download seems to be missing, Configdata.dat, ReadData.dat, SystemData.dat, SystemData.dat, Save0.dat, steam_autocloud.vdf Some of these files seem to be missing for some reason and i was only able to get them from doing some slightly illegal searches....

In the option manu, I can't activate fullscreen, why? What is the native resolution of this game? Is there another way to toggle fullscreen mode?
