The stiffness and awkwardness of the jumps in this game are so terrible I cannot get past it. Considering running and jumping is the bread and butter of platforming in this game I'm just eating bread.

I've heard several people (in reviews and elsewhere) mentioning framerate issues in Iggy's Egg Adventure. Personally I've not run into any such issues outside of trying to run the game on a laptop (or any computer without a dedicated graphics CARD). From what I can tell these framerate issues were not persistent and would show up at specific areas/times.
