Why so short?

I have played many VR games including Half-Life: Alyx with no issue, but this is the first one that runs this poorly. I cannot even get past the intro acknowledgement screen. I highly doubt my hardware is THAT insufficient for this game only, so is there any workaround to this?...

Very interested in this. Does the game support the oculus rift cv1 with oculus touch?

I start the game and the card I have to take and insert into the slot is too far ahead, so when I reach out and try to grab it, I go outside of the range of my sensors (ie, through the front wall of the Guardian) and I lose tracking. Resetting the view doesn't help. Any ideas?...

I know the store page says it works with SteamVR headsets (I guess index and htc vive), but how good is the implementation of support for Valve Index controllers? Sometimes I see people in other game forums complain about poor implementation, so I thought I'd ask. Does it work NICELY with index controllers?...
