Its an excellent game, you get tons of content for the price and its all around a great time!

A simple enough game to get yourself started but honestly an easy game to get lost in for hours (like I clearly have). Now depending whether you go in blind like I did and just fumble around the game for a good few months before you ever even remember that story mode had an end goal, or you go into it looking up the strategies and general help with an intent to beat story mode straight out the gate, I think there's a lot of fun to be had. I honestly enjoyed just seeing how long I could keep a group alive and how many islands I could visit. And when the enjoyment started wearing out on that alone, I realized: oh yeah, Story mode has an actual end goal. Then came a new wave of playing trying to get Adam back to his home, starting from scratch. I've completed that goal now and I'm on my way to finishing the entire trait tree- just about 4 left to unlock!

I've been following this game since it was in beta. It has wonderful mechanics and certainly has improved since its early days!

Instead of a mobile game with completely different mechanics, i'd love to see this sort of play style revived.
It's really the tile system that i love, and the way that days can really be carefully calculated. The sandbox feature is one of my favorite additional way to switch up your playstyles, however the home island is sort of a very aggressive place to live without the story mode. I would also love to see a way to skip the story mode introduction, and to just start off with both of my adam and eve characters immediately as it used to be.

I'm pretty sad that the last updates for this game was in 2023, and there hasnt been any sort of mechanic update for a longer time. This game has a lot of potential still to improve. It's been consistently one of my favorite games since i was a kid.
