I launch the Retro Expansion but none of the cars purportedly supposed to come with it show ingame.

Hello, I bought Race 07 bundle was and none of them work I get the error "Couldn't launch RaceSteam.exe..." Are there any fix?

I host a game and no one else can join...can anyone help.
