I get to the loading screen, it loads to 11% and then BOOM

I'm having a ton of graphical issues, ranging from the screen turning almost completely white and not being able to see menu's, to artifacts in the screen when in the actual game. This seems to happen on all of the different resolutions. Controller or no controller makes no difference. When I arrive at the Main Menu the screen turns white and gittery. Only when exiting does it show clearly a glimpse of the Main Menu. Any fixes?
