Where's the new version? It's about end of october...

Any advice on how to get this one achievement?

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but I have explored all the story branches I can get. But: - I'm not getting the OWTD callback - My "Journals Found" counter stays at 0, although there is a global counter of 1129 - My "Story Stats" all stay at 0% - The "Custom" button is greyed out, yet I got the achievement "Customizer" after changing the names and stuff before starting a game; is this intentional? What should I do to get that callback?...
