Hello. It seems the guides don't explain this part and I haven't found another walkthrough on the internet. I can delay the invasion, have watched Quince's play on Castle Town, got the mother's diary in the Docks and got the ending where no one dies. The only option I can talk about with Simona is "Lady Simona". Do I need to get all the endings to unlock the book? I got 6 of them. So I got a few endings and then I got to the point where the option to pick your final ending is available. I looked up a guide for how to get all the endings because I figured I wanted to see them all.
