probably the best thing to happen to BSG since the sadly dead MMO. fun times overall

Excellent game. If you like spaceship combat and strategy its a must buy. The simultaneous execution of orders is an excellent system. Unlike other turn based games you and your opponent make your decisions at the same time and they are executed all at once, which makes the combat really dynamic and leads to epic moments.

Good game, although I find the voice acting to be kind of cringe, the game really does capture the feeling that the show had with its music, weapons, technology, etc. Having the Cylon ships perform different in MP/Skirmish was really cool, especially with overclocking systems. My favorite part of the game by far is using the different Battlestar classes as a giant FLAK shield.

There's also a gamemode in the DLC which is absolutely needed for this game. After the campaign, play Anabasis. This is a mode where you help evacuate civilians and spool up FTL to escape. Similar to the episode "33" from the show. Very hard, very challenging, but lots of fun

Also a tip for new players, stocking up on fighters is super broken. I just send them all to a single target and it's more devastating than a nuke
