Controllers (Mac)

I have a generic PS2 style controller connected via USB - I can modify and test all the buttons and things in the Steam settings, but if I try to launch Feather only the keyboard and mouse control things. Not sure what combination of settings I am supposed to adjust in Steam, or if I am supposed to enable Steam Input, or... yeah I don't know! There are a lot of toggles and I can't seem to get Feather to respond to my controller....

How do you stop the time/weather from jumping ahead abruptly?

I'm having an issue with the visuals and atmosphere being disrupted by the clouds and time of day suddenly jumping ahead roughly every 20 seconds. I would like to turn this off. Is it possible, and if so, how?
