Not an easy game

Hi, I've been playing this since '97, but still with the same problems. Hope somebody help me here. 1) When the Level$ tenents ask for garden itens what exactly they want? Tyied everything and nothing worked 2) When they argue that we buy things for neyghbor garden and not for them, how to solve it? Tried to buy all kind of thins and nothing worked... 3) When we have the 3floor building mission, wich building must we do? Other tips? Tjank you....
