I have tried several patches and fixed from guides, but after selecting new game first level keeps loading forever. Any ideas?

Since installing this game a few days ago my operating system (Windows 11) has displayed all text as chunky and pixellated. This includes text in firefox, edge, folders, windows file structures, windows settings menus, and notepad documents. In some cases it's hard to read. I'm trying to fix the text but nothing has worked so far. I've uninstalled the game and then restarted the computer, changed the resolution from the default 1080 to something else and back, and reinstalled my GPU drivers (gigabyte 4...
