When trying to play the video through HDMI on my TV, I got a white screen with audio only. I found that there are similar posts online, but apparently no solution. In my case, I'm use HP Elite x2 which has Intel HD Graphics 515 with 1920x1280 res. My TV is standard 1920x1080 (TCL). I was able to get around the issue by first playing it on my laptop screen and then switch display to TV. I was suspecting that it could an aspect related problem. I really hope Valve could look into this issue....
